Sara Inacio

Leading up to Earth Day, Converging Roots/Verdant Bloom was an interactive project space designed and facilitated by the Public Engagement Program with a focus on climate change and the environment. The project was co-curated by Sara Inacio and Sarah Milkowski Dahlgren as part of the Collective Actions exhibit in the Institute of Contemporary Art at Maine College of Art. Visitors were encouraged to participate, learn, take away, discuss and activate the ICA. Projects for all ages included screen printing poster workshops, DIY zine station, seed bomb making, panel discussions, films, and a climate change research station.
